Jonathan Conway

Jonathan Conway is an Associate Instructor and Director of Forensics at the Nicholson School of Communication and Media, University of Central Florida. His role combines teaching and administrative leadership, focusing on organizational communication and competitive speech/debate programs. Conway holds a Master’s in Communication Studies from Ball State University, specializing in organizational and professional communication.

His professional experience includes coaching forensics teams at Eastern Michigan University and Ball State University. As Director of Forensics, he drives the growth of UCF’s competitive speech and debate team into a national contender. His research and teaching emphasize team communication dynamics and practical communication strategies within organizations.

Conway’s personal interests include golfing and writing fantasy/science fiction narratives. Despite no listed academic awards, his contributions to forensics and communication education are central to his professional identity.
