Jonathan Chan

Jonathan Chan is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, McGill University. His research and teaching focus on corporate law, securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He holds a DPhil in Law from the University of Oxford, where he was supported by a SSHRC doctoral fellowship, and a JD from the University of Toronto. Before academia, he practiced law at Goodmans LLP in Toronto, specializing in M&A and financial markets.
