Johneta Devoe

Johneta Devoe serves as a Lecturer in the Department of History at North Carolina Central University, teaching undergraduate courses in African American and world history. An alumna of NCCU's History department, she maintains deep institutional ties through her dual role as educator and continuing scholar.
