John Schaubroeck is a Professor of Management and holds the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. Chair at the University of Missouri’s Robert J. Trulaske Sr. College of Business. He teaches organizational behavior and human resource management, focusing on leadership development, leader-follower relationships, negotiation, and employee stress/well-being.
