John Minor

John Minor is a Senior Lecturer and Principal Lecturer in the Department of General Engineering at Clemson University, serving as the ENGR 2080 Course Coordinator. He has been with Clemson since 2008, holding roles such as Associate Director of General Engineering (2015–2022) and Executive Director of CyberInfrastructure Technology Integration (2006–2008). He earned an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University (1994) and a B.S. from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (1991).

His professional focus spans engineering education, curriculum design, and IT integration. He teaches courses in engineering fundamentals, programming (MATLAB), and graphics/machine design. His 2021 ASEE conference paper highlighted curriculum development innovations, recognized in a 'Best Paper' session.
