John H. Batchelor

Dr. John H. Batchelor is the Chair and Professor of Business Administration at the Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business, University of West Florida. His research focuses on entrepreneurship, leadership, organizational behavior, ethics, and emotional intelligence. He explores topics such as creativity, emotional labor, implicit theories of work, and intuitive decision-making. Batchelor holds a Ph.D. in Management Organizational Behavior from Virginia Commonwealth University (2011) and has prior experience as a controller in private businesses.
