Gayle Baugh

Dr. Gayle Baugh is an Associate Professor of Management in the Department of Business Administration at the Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business, University of West Florida. Her research focuses on careers, mentoring dynamics, and gender/diversity in the workplace. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Cincinnati and a B.A. in Psychology. Dr. Baugh teaches behavioral courses, introductory management, and quantitative methods. She is actively involved in editorial roles, serving as Associate Editor of Group and Organization Management and Editor of the Research in Careers book series. Her work has been published in journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology and Career Development International.
