Dr. Gayle Baugh is an Associate Professor of Management in the Department of Business Administration at the Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business, University of West Florida. Her research focuses on careers, mentoring dynamics, and gender/diversity in the workplace. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Cincinnati and a B.A. in Psychology.
