Dr. John Glenn is an Associate Professor of International Politics and International Political Economy (IPE) at the University of Southampton. His research focuses on US-China relations, financial crises, resilience discourse, and neoliberalism. He has authored influential works such as China's Challenge to US Supremacy (2016) and Foucault and Post-Financial Crises (2019). Glenn currently supervises a PhD student in Politics and leads multiple interdisciplinary research projects funded by organizations like the SASAKAWA Foundation and the World Bank.
