John Daly is an Associate Professor at the University of South Florida's School of Public Affairs within the College of Arts and Sciences. With an appointment since 1993, he specializes in local government, public sector labor relations, human security, and organizational theory. He previously served as Director of the Public Administration Program and Founding Director of the School of Public Affairs.
