Johan Holtström

Johan Holtström is a Senior Associate Professor and Head of Division of Industrial Management at Linköping University. He specializes in strategic management, mergers & acquisitions, and business model innovation, with a focus on sustainable construction and digital transformation. His research explores effects of mergers, project-based business models in construction, and competitive advantages in startups.

He holds a Ph.D. (2009), Licentiate (2003), and M.Sc. (1994) in Business-related fields. He teaches courses including Industrial Economics (TEIE17), Strategic Analysis (TEAE12), and supervises thesis projects (TQIE33/TMXD20).
