Joe Cook

Joe Cook is a Teaching Assistant Professor in Special & Early Childhood Education at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. He holds a Master of Education (2001) and Bachelor of Science (1995) from UW Oshkosh and UW-Madison respectively. His career includes 19 years as a special education teacher in Cedar Grove-Belgium School District and 4 years as Special Education Director in Reedsville. He has directed major initiatives like the DPI Procedural Self-Compliance audit and a countywide mental health consortium.
