Jodi Waddoups

Jodi Waddoups is the Director of the Occupational Health Nursing Program at RMCOEH (Rocky Mountain Center for Occupational & Environmental Health) and a full-time Instructor at the Annie Taylor Dee School of Nursing, Weber State University. With an ADN (1994), BSN, MSN-Ed (Education), and currently pursuing a DNP in Executive Leadership, she specializes in occupational health nursing and workplace safety.

Her work focuses on occupational health nursing, including curriculum development (e.g., NRSG 6010 and NRSG 6020 courses), patient safety, and evidence-based practices to reduce workplace injuries and patient falls. She serves as the OSHA representative at Weber State University and collaborates with University of Utah faculty and RMCOEH leadership like Dr. Kurt Hegmann and Dr. Matthew Hughes.
