Joanna Mendoza is a Professor of Viola at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, where she joined the faculty in 2008. She is a member of the Arianna String Quartet (ASQ), performing internationally and contributing to acclaimed recordings on Centaur Records. Her teaching portfolio includes applied viola, chamber music, and music history, as well as an interdisciplinary course with Chemistry Professor James Bashkin.
