Jing Wang

Dr. Jing Wang is an Associate Professor in Commercial Law at the University of Reading's School of Law. She holds a PhD in Law from Bangor University and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Her research focuses on antitrust and competition law, particularly in digital markets and cross-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks. Notably, her 2022 paper on China’s 'Choosing One from Two' jurisprudence was a World Finalist for the 2023 Antitrust Writing Awards. She has presented at conferences such as the 19th Asian Law Institute (ASLI) Conference in Tokyo (2022), addressing the sustainability of China’s Anti-Monopoly Law in the digital era. Her work intersects with Politics and International Relations, reflecting her interest in global competition dynamics.
