Jing Chang

Jing Chang serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Music department at Carthage College. An internationally acclaimed pianist, she maintains an active performance career spanning the United States and Asia with notable appearances including the Steinway and Sons 150th Anniversary Celebration in Beijing's Forbidden City (2003). Her academic work bridges traditional music pedagogy with innovative interdisciplinary approaches.

Her current interdisciplinary work synthesizes organizational behavior principles with music pedagogy to optimize classroom dynamics and student development, reflecting a commitment to holistic educational transformation.
