Jim Mahalik is a Professor in the Counseling, Developmental & Educational Psychology (CDEP) department at Boston College's Lynch School of Education and Human Development. He has been with the university since 1990 and served as the associate dean of faculty and academic affairs. Mahalik holds a Ph.D., M.A., and B.A. from the University of Maryland.
