Jim Gilkeson

Dr. Jim Gilkeson is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Integrated Business Department at the University of Central Florida's College of Business. With expertise spanning finance, real estate, and risk analysis, his research examines credit markets, consumer debt patterns, and housing economics.

He has contributed to policy discussions through expert commentary on consumer debt trends during economic crises. Dr. Gilkeson holds the Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management (CFPIM) designation and has consulted for financial institutions including the CFA Institute.
