Jim DeWilde

Jim DeWilde is a Lecturer at the Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto, where he teaches courses on Venture Capital strategies (MBA) and Global Capital Markets & New Trends in International Political Economy (BComm). He holds a PhD in Political Science from McGill University, focusing on Canadian public policy and technology sector competitiveness. His work bridges academic education with venture capital activities through JdW Strategic Ventures, where he has been active since the early 1990s. He serves on investment committees and advisory boards including iNovia Capital, Enertech Capital, TandemLaunch Technologies, and Walsingham Partners.
