Jill Mataga is a part-time faculty member at Baylor University and currently serves as Program Manager for the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team at the Heart of Texas Behavioral Health Network. Her professional experience spans crisis intervention, intensive outpatient mental health treatment, psychosocial rehabilitative services, and clinical supervision.
She actively volunteers on the Trauma-Informed Care team at her agency, where she educates staff on best practices for trauma-informed care.
