Kristi Richter is an Assistant Clinical Professor and Director of the Master of Social Work Program at the School of Social Work, Saint Louis University. She holds an M.S.W. from Saint Louis University (2004) and a B.A. from Spring Hill College (1993). Her research focuses on at-risk youth, foster care reform, child welfare, severe mental illness, homelessness, and policy advocacy.
