Jie Wang is an Associate Professor at the UQ Business School, University of Queensland, specializing in crisis management, tourism resilience, and community engagement. Her research examines human behavior during disasters, focusing on vulnerability assessment, emotional solidarity, and digital adaptation strategies like travel live-streaming. She leads the Australia-Indonesia Business Resilience Hub, funded by the Australian Government.
