Jessie Harper is a Professor at the University of Pennsylvania, affiliated with the Graduate School of Education (Penn GSE) as Assistant Dean of Faculty Affairs and Diversity and Co-Director of the HEARD (Hub for Equity, Anti-Oppression, Research, and Development). She also teaches courses in the School of Social Policy and Practice, including American Racism and Understanding Social Change.
