Cecily Mitchell-Harper

Cecily Mitchell-Harper is an Instructor in the Department of Social Work at Mercy College, affiliated with the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences. She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy & Practice. Her professional practice emphasizes anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and decolonial approaches across micro, mezzo, and macro levels of social work.
