Jessica Zinger

Jessica Zinger is a Lecturer in the MBA Programs at Grenon School of Business, Assumption University. With nearly 20 years of professional experience in Business Analytics and Sales (Revenue) Operations, she has held leadership roles at organizations including EMC (now Dell) Professional Services and privately held companies ranging from $15M to $200M+ in revenue. Her expertise spans forecasting, sales operations, and prediction markets.

She has managed global Revenue Operations teams, overseeing systems, tools, and forecasting frameworks. Her industry background includes building Revenue Operations organizations from the ground up in dynamic corporate environments.
