Jessica Borg

Dr. Jessica Borg is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at RMIT University's School of Management. Her research focuses on early career work readiness, professional skills development, and workforce resilience in project-based environments, particularly within the construction industry. She holds over $185,500 in competitive grants and has been recognized with awards such as the Graham Treloar Fellowship and the Project Management Institute’s Women in Project Management Scholarship.
