Jesse Fox is an Associate Professor of Counselor Education at Stetson University. He earned his PhD from the University of Central Florida and previously taught at Loyola University Maryland in the Department of Pastoral Counseling before joining Stetson in 2017. He also serves as Executive Director of the Episcopal Counseling Center, a non-profit providing mental health services since 1987.

His research focuses on spirituality integrated counseling, spiritual bypass, contemplative practices (especially Centering Prayer), and religious pluralism in counseling. Recent publications highlight systemic integration of R/S competencies in graduate education, mental health policy, and clinical practice. His work spans counseling theory, social work, group psychotherapy, and mental health training reforms.
