Jess Mandel, MD, is a Professor of Medicine and Chief of the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at the UC San Diego School of Medicine. He serves as Vice Chair for Education in the Department of Internal Medicine, overseeing medical student training. Dr. Mandel specializes in pulmonary vascular disease, critical care medicine, and hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT).
