Jess Bowers

Jess Bowers is an Associate Professor and BSW Program Director in the Department of Sociology and Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. She also coordinates the Social Work Field Education Program and serves on the Center for Prevention Advisory Committee for the Dean of Students and the Women and Gender Studies advisory committee. Bowers is a licensed school social worker and an advanced practice social worker with prior experience in child welfare at the Marathon County Department of Social Services.

Bowers has been a member of the Portage County Hoarding Task Force for four years and actively contributes to the National Association of Social Workers.
