Jeremy W. Bock is the Alan and Louise Fisch Professor of Law at Tulane Law School. His work bridges intellectual property law, technology regulation, and behavioral economics.

Professor Bock’s research examines the patent system through interdisciplinary lenses, including cognitive psychology and management science. His 2017 article "Behavioral Claim Construction" was presented at the prestigious Stanford/Harvard/Yale Junior Faculty Forum.
He clerked for Judge Alan D. Lourie at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and has practiced as a registered patent attorney, patent litigator, and in-house counsel.
