Jeremy F. Boltz is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Appalachian College of Pharmacy (ACP). A native of Buffalo, New York, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences before completing his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at ACP.
His professional focus lies in chronic disease state management within community pharmacy settings, informed by his residency research. Jeremy has held leadership roles in student organizations including President of NCPA, Secretary of the Student Leadership Committee, and active participation in Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity and Phi Lambda Sigma leadership fraternity.
