Jeremmy Okonjo

Jeremmy Okonjo is an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, University of Warwick. His research focuses on international trade, finance and investments law, digital economy, technology regulation, and climate finance. He actively contributes to research networks such as the International Economic Law (IEL) Collective, Law and Development Research Network (LDRN), and Climate Finance Just Transition (CLiFT). He teaches courses like International Economic Law, Financial Services Regulation, and International Sale of Goods Law.

His work examines the intersection of technology, sustainability, and global economic frameworks. Recent publications analyze algorithmic governance in insurance supervision, smart contracts in financial regulation, and sustainable finance mechanisms. He supervises doctoral research in international trade law and digital economy topics.

Jeremmy serves on the editorial advisory board of the Journal of Financing for Development and has advised on regulatory policies in emerging economies. His research emphasizes equitable development through innovative legal frameworks.
