Prof. Dr. Jens Minnert is a Professor of Reinforced Concrete Construction, Prestressed Concrete Construction, and Structural Engineering at the Technical University of Central Hesse (THM). He has served as Dean of the Department of Civil Engineering (2016–2022), Head of the Institute of Structural Engineering (IKT) since 2017, and Executive Director of the Scientific Center for Dual University Studies (ZDH) since 2022.
