Jenny R Chou is a Clinical Professor at Quinnipuit's School of Law. She works with the Law School's Career Development Office to teach skills and expand opportunities for students and graduates. She also teaches a seminar course on Food Law.
- Education: JD from Yale Law School and A.B. in History and Literature from Harvard College.
Her professional experience includes being a partner at Wiggin and Dana, practicing litigation and white-collar defense, and an associate at WilmerHale. She served as a law clerk for the U.S. District Court.
Chou is actively involved in legal boards and committees, including the Federal Grievance Committee for the District of Connecticut, New Haven Legal Assistance Association, and Connecticut Asian Pacific American Bar Association. She is also a James W. Cooper Fellow of the Connecticut Bar Foundation and a member of the Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity.
