Jennifer Percival

Jennifer Percival is the Dean of the Allen W. and Carol M. Schmidthorst College of Business at Bowling Green State University (BGSU) and holds the academic rank of Professor. Prior to this role, she served as Associate Dean at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. She earned a BMath in Operations Research and a PhD in Management Sciences from the University of Waterloo.

Her research focuses on health systems optimization, technology integration in education and healthcare, process modeling for innovation, and strategies to enhance diversity in STEM fields. Notable projects include $1.5M in grants for interdisciplinary programs, pathway initiatives to improve student retention, and studies on service innovation barriers.

Dr. Percival has held leadership roles in academic program development, including Graduate Program Director and Visiting Professorships in Germany. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Society for Health Systems. Her work emphasizes experiential learning, hybrid curriculum design, and leveraging technology to bridge industry-academia gaps.
