Jennifer Muehrcke

Dr. Jennifer Muehrcke is a woodwinds and voice instructor at Campbell University, teaching Applied Woodwinds, Voice, Music Theory, and related courses. With 25 years of experience, she has held roles at multiple institutions including Louisiana State University, University of Washington, and various community colleges. She specializes in performance pedagogy, performance anxiety mitigation, and music entrepreneurship.

Education: DMA in Music from the University of Washington, MM in Woodwinds from Louisiana State University, and BM from Kent State University.

Research focuses on optimizing audition success and musician career development. She has performed internationally with orchestras like the Tacoma Symphony and New World Symphony, and maintains active engagement through clinics for students and professionals.

Her professional affiliations include the Cascade Youth Orchestra and Stellenbouch International Music Festival. Beyond academia, she enjoys outdoor activities, language learning, and Tae Kwon Do.
