Jennifer Leister Reitz

Jennifer Leister Reitz serves as Policy Scientist and Planning Services Coordinator at the Institute for Public Administration (IPA), a research center within the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware. She leads IPA's Technical Assistance to Brownfields (TAB) program in partnership with West Virginia University for EPA Region 3 and is a key member of the Regional Development and Planning team.
