Dr. Jennifer LL Gant is a post-doctoral researcher at the School of Law, University College Cork (UCC), working on the JCOERE (Judicial Co-Operation supporting Economic Recovery in Europe) project. Her role focuses on comparative analysis of insolvency frameworks and employment protection mechanisms across European jurisdictions.
