Jennifer Koshan

Jennifer Koshan is a Professor at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law, specializing in constitutional law, equality and human rights, and feminist legal theory. She has held leadership roles including Graduate Program Director (2006-2011) and Associate Dean (Research) (2007-2011). Her work focuses on state responses to interpersonal violence and access to justice for survivors, funded by a SSHRC Insight Grant ($175,000, 2016-2021).
