Dr. Jennifer Graber is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Practice Initiatives at the University of Delaware's School of Nursing. She holds an EdD in Educational Leadership from Delaware State University, MSN from the University of Pennsylvania, and BSN from UD. Her roles include academic leadership, teaching psychiatric nursing, and faculty mentorship. She also serves as a Faculty Fellow in the ACHIEVE Program and Facilitator for the Harvard Macy Institute Program. Dr. Graber has over 25 years of experience in psychiatric nursing, education, and leadership.
