Dr. Jen Self (they/them) is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Washington School of Social Work and a part-time lecturer in the Gender, Women & Sexuality Studies (GWSS) program. They are also the CEO of Brick 13, an organization focused on organizational culture change strategy, consulting, and coaching. Dr. Self holds a graduate degree from the University of Washington School of Social Work and is a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) since 2003. They founded the UW Q Center, a resource for queer and transgender communities.
