Jeffrey L Webb is a Professor of Music and Department Head at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown (UPJ), where he has taught since 2001. He specializes in Music Theory, Western Art Music, Jazz, and Popular Music, and leads the Pitt-Johnstown Choral Ensembles. Additionally, he has served as Artistic Director of the Blair Concert Chorale (2004-2013) and directs the Johnstown Symphony Chorus. His work includes compositions like Oh! What a Beautiful City! and research on vocal health, choral conducting, and William Grant Still’s music.
