Jeffrey Godwin

Dr. Jeffrey Godwin is a Professor of Business Administration at St. Vincent College. He holds a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech, an M.B.A. from West Virginia University, an M.Div. from Wesley Theological Seminary, and a B.B.A. from The College of William and Mary. His career includes teaching roles at Virginia Tech, West Virginia Wesleyan College (where he served as Chair of the Business and Economics Department and MBA Program Director), and strategic consulting for corporations like Hospice Care Corporation. He is an ordained United Methodist Elder with extensive church leadership roles, including Pastoral appointments and Board service in healthcare and religious organizations.

Dr. Godwin’s research focuses on Transformational Leadership, Self-leadership, Organizational Culture, and Goal Setting. His work bridges academic theory with practical applications in both secular and religious contexts, including entrepreneurship, nonprofit management, and healthcare administration.
