Jeff Wiggins

Jeff Wiggins is a Distinguished Professor of Polymer Science and Engineering at the University of Southern Mississippi. His research focuses on glassy polymer networks, renewable polymers, carbon fiber precursors, polymer simulations, continuous reactors, and protective materials. He holds a PhD in Polymer Science from USM and an MBA from University of Pittsburgh. With 12 years of industrial experience at Bayer and Nike, he has taught courses including Polymer Composites, Polymer Processing, and Dissertation Supervision.

Research Interests: Polymer network science, renewable materials, composite engineering, and high-performance polymer systems.
