Dr. Jeff Martin is an Assistant Professor of Bison Biology and Management in the Department of Natural Resource Management at South Dakota State University (SDSU), and serves as an Extension Bison Specialist at the SDSU West River Research and Extension Center in Rapid City. His interdisciplinary research focuses on bison biology, climate change impacts, and stakeholder engagement to improve wildlife conservation across private, public, tribal, and NGO sectors.
