Jeff Anderson is a Professor of Law and Director of the Legal Research and Writing (LRW) Program at Cumberland School of Law, Samford University. He teaches Civil Procedure, LRW, and Legislation. His career includes 19 years of legal practice as a federal prosecutor, appellate litigator, and law clerk to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
