Jean Yu-Chen Tseng

Dr. Jean Yu-Chen Tseng is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Fo-Guang University and Shi-Hsin University in Taiwan. Her research focuses on international relations and comparative politics, with a specific emphasis on the political implications of economic and social integration between hostile countries. She holds a doctoral degree in East Asian Studies from National Chengchi University, where her work analyzed how trade and economic exchanges between adversarial nations can foster peace and cross-border social interactions.

During her tenure as a Visiting Fellow at the European Research Center on Contemporary Taiwan (June 23–July 23, 2016), she explored the role of economic ties in mitigating political tensions. Her interdisciplinary approach bridges international relations theory with empirical studies on transnational dynamics.
