Dr. Jean Carter is a Postgraduate Researcher in Practical Theology (DMin programme) at the School of Humanities, York St John University. She holds an MBA (Leading Strategic Change) and an LLM (Medical Law), alongside extensive experience as a bivocational church leader in Independent Pentecostal Church settings and senior roles in the NHS and Local Authority. Her current research employs Theological Action Research and Appreciative Inquiry to explore faith and work dynamics within Pentecostal church contexts.
