Javier Sajuria is Professor of Comparative Politics and Deputy Dean Education (Regulation and Employability) at Queen Mary University of London's School of Politics and International Relations. His research examines electoral politics, elite behavior, and public opinion through quantitative methodologies, with regional expertise in Chilean and British politics.
His work analyzes candidate surveys, voting patterns, and political representation, focusing on non-response bias, independent candidates, and party switching dynamics. He currently supervises PhD students researching Chilean constitutional processes and legislative behavior.
