Javier Rodríguez Ten

Javier Rodríguez Ten serves as Quality Coordinator and Professor at the Faculty of Communication and Social Sciences, University of Alcalá, teaching Constitutional Law, Civil and Commercial Law, Business Taxation, and Entrepreneurship courses in Criminology and Business Administration programs.

He holds a Law Degree and PhD from University of Alcalá, with Master's degrees in Human Resources Management, Occupational Risk Prevention, Sports Entity Management, and Health Data Protection. As an active member of the ECONOMIUS-J research group, his work focuses on public policy impact measurement, Aragonese sectoral policy analysis, economic analysis of law, and sports-related legal/economic issues.

His research output includes eight sole-authored monographs, fifty book chapters, and approximately one hundred scientific/publication articles through publishers including Aranzadi, Bosch, and Wolters Kluwer. Recent scholarship centers on Spain's 2022 Sports Law (Ley 39/2022), analyzing professional leagues, sports arbitration systems, disciplinary regimes, and regulatory frameworks through 15+ annual publications.
