Jason Spector

Jason Spector is an Adjunct Professor at Carnegie Mellon University, holding roles in the Human-Computer Interaction Institute (HCII) Masters program and the Integrated Innovation Institute (iii). He concurrently serves as Senior Director of Product Experience at Cardinal Health, leading multidisciplinary teams in product experience design, user research, and service design across pharmaceutical, medical, and logistics sectors. His career spans over two decades, emphasizing human-centric approaches to technology, products, and services across finance, entertainment, academia, cybersecurity, insurance, and healthcare industries.
